Once we launch, each bag will be roasted after you order, in California, then shipped to you directly. Our roasting-partner application is in manual review now.
Whole bean. Grinding exposes the coffee's interior to air, so pre-ground coffee goes stale faster. If you own a grinder, buy whole bean and grind right before brewing. If you don't, our ground options are matched to each line — medium for drip and pour-over, fine for espresso.
Prices are set at launch from our roaster's cost sheet — we sell in 12 oz bags with one plain price per line and no fake sale math. No price exists yet because approval is still pending.
Our roasting-partner application is in manual review. Orders open when approval lands and our setup is complete. Join the waitlist on any product page to hear the day it goes live.
Ground options match the line: medium for the House Blend and Single Origin, fine espresso grind for the Espresso line. Whole bean is available for every line.
Ship times are confirmed at launch from the roaster's fulfillment system. We quote no delivery windows until we can verify them.
Our roasting-partner application is in manual review with a California roaster. Once approved, they will roast to order for us and we will design every label in-house. The roaster's identity will be on the bag as food labeling rules require.
Every line ships in a 12 oz (340 g) bag, whole bean or ground. That's the only size at launch.
Subscriptions are planned at launch — a standing order of the same line on your schedule, with no commitment required. Terms are published on each product page before launch.
No survey or review collection is live yet — reviews open at launch. When they do, we publish only reviews from verified buyers with their permission, never invented ratings.
